very disappointing

The picture quality is good, but the sound quality is awful and it only picks up the signal from my cable box about half of the time. I had to buy external speakers to get decent sound, the sound from the built in speakers sounds like the tv is in a tin can: muffled and echoing. I owned a smaller Aquos before this one and loved it, no problems. That is why this set is so disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Freezing

Great picture but my LC-42LE540U constantly freezes while watching NetFlix. Simple turning the TV off does not fix the problem because all buttons on the remote and unit are unresponsive. Please replay as to how to solve this problem!
