so far so good but louder than expected

As far as printing goes, it seems to do the job. We haven't begun our busy season yet when we are printing large quantities in a time critical situation- so I can't speak to speed and reliability yet. In terms of noise, I can only compare this to an old laser printer we have been using for years and this one is a little loud. It is too loud to have sitting in the area where we take client phone calls. The good news is that since it is wireless, it is easy to move to a non-wired location (although it is somewhat less convenient.)

Toner Cartridge Failed

So far the printer is fine but the TN-820 cartridge that came with the printer stopped working after under 800 pages. It is supposed to do 3000? The biggest problem is once the printer says the cartridge is empty (even though it is not) you can not continue using it. I am now without a printer until the new toner arrives.

I purchased this to upgrade my old Brother printer. I should have upgraded sooner.
Easy to set up, quieter and faster. And the real bonus is having two high capacity
paper trays. This make printing up loan packages easier and faster.
