Perfect for my mobile notary business

I do a lot of refinance packages for people and was looking for a dual tray, fast, and not too expensive for the machine and toner; the HL-6200DWT was perfect.

Excellent Small Business Printer

I print thousands of loan docs weekly, so it's important to have a fast, reliable dual tray printer. This printer fits the description! Set up was easy. The menu screen is simple, but navigating through the menu options is a little more complicated. I use the super high yield print cartridge which prints upwards of 13,000 pages so I'm not constantly worrying about reordering. The only caveat to this printer is that when it says change cartridge, it means it. There is no squeezing out a few hundred sheets. It's done. So make sure you have an extra cartridge on hand at all times. Other than that, I'm completely happy with my choice.

Clean and fast printing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a notary and bought this printer so I could use the dual tray feature. It prints pretty fast except from some programs for an unknown reason. The text is very clean and clear. It’s only jammed on me one time and was easy to fix. The only thing I would complain about is it does not automatically sort paper sizes if you’re using it from an iPad using air print. The whole reason I bought it was so that it would sort automatically. I do large loan packages that have a few hundred pages with different sizes of paper. Other than that I’m happy that I bought it. Also I wish it had a scanner on the automatic paper feeder. You can only print from a device.

Print Mixed Originals

I'm a notary public and certified signing agent who needs to quickly print mixed originals (letter and legal paper). After choosing the correct options to enable print, the machine worked like a charm!

I have been a Mobile Loan Signing Agent for over 13 years and this is the best printer I have ever had. Sometimes I have to print over 200 pages twice with borrower's copy and this printer is a dream! It automatically pulls the proper paper size in mixed docs of legal and letter. Easy to set up wirelessly and prints super fast at 42 ppm. Love!

after getting a replacement less than a month ago the printer is having a black line go down all the way in the middle of the paper. we had to put in a new drum after you sent us the replacement so I wouldn't think it would need another one after so short of time. HELP
