Excellent printer for my needs

I purchased this printer to make sure that I can print tax returns without network interruptions and I have been very pleased with the quality and convenience it affords me.

A workhorse

Bought this printer to replace a 6180 and was really amazed at the difference in the two. The 6180 I had used for many tax seasons and it was basically worn out.
Then replaced it near the end of tax season with the 6200 and was really surprised with the speed and the quality of the print.

Good but with some areas that need improvements

I purchased this machine because I needed a workhorse. Specifically, I wanted a monochrome printer with the ability to have both legal and letter-size paper interspersed in a job.The output is fast and very good at picking the correct size paper but sometimes there is toner on the paper. The machine is a lot louder than I had anticipated. It's difficult to speak on the phone while a package is printing.

I love how it automatically changes paper sizes. I love that it holds full reams of paper in both paper trays. It's an amazing printer!

Makes my life easier

Having to print mixed sizes for loan documents, the two trays saves me so much time. I love that I can print from my laptop or my phone wirelessly. I’ve had a couple issues with it not wanting to wake up from sleep mode and I had to power cycle to get it to work, that’s why 4 stars.
