con: i have never been able to get the second tray to work: using 1st tray as letter and 2nd at legal on and off during a one document print. I bought printer for this sole purchase

I would give 5 starts except for one thing. I can't figure out how to select which print drawer to use on case by case basis and need to do that. I need to print prescription in one drawer and plain paper in the other. Help Brother!

I do have an office where the amazing 2 paper trays are very excellent choice as well as the excellent speed of printing pages per minutes is an awesome.
The price is excellent, and able to use it wireless power to print from any location in my office without wire, and able to print using my or my clients android devices.
I encourage every one looking for an excellent printer to buy this. Also, do not forget that brother have excellent customer service who really help me to set up the printer with my wifi. Good product and Good service

A fast printer, but important feature doesn't work

This is a very fast printer, and is excellent in almost every way. The problem I had with it, is that I have an Apple Mac Book and I need to use the dual tray printer to print loan documents that contain a mix of Legal and letter size formats. This function does not work beyond with any print job more than a few pages.

Great value

I really love this printer it has made my job so much easier. I used to manually separate letter and legal and it took a lot of time but I didn't think I could afford the high price tag of a dual tray printer. Then I found this one and I love it and it was a very reasonable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Laser jet does not fuse to paper

Whether I print out 1 page or 30 pages, several pages are not fused to the paper.
In other words, if you rub the page, the ink comes off!!!!!

Surprised at Quality

I LOVE brother and have never had a problem with their quality. But this latest printer has been having jams, grabbing 2 pages instead of one which screws up the print job and having issues with burning the toner onto the pages properly. Sometimes a page is totally screwed up because the toner is smudged badly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
