the printer itself is awesome. Some of the supporting software not so much. I can't print from my phone. The sw doesn't work! That is a real issue for me!

Not a single jam in first month and just hit 30,000 pages. Extremely reliable I’ve owned a lot of printers in last 30 years so far this is the most reliable and cost efficient model I’ve ever used. Great job.

Easy and Reliable

I purchased a Hewitt Packard approximately 3 months ago and it was very expense to run. So, I gave that one to my husband and I purchased the Brothers with the double trays. I'm very pleased! It was easy to install and saves me a lot of time with the kind of work I do. I'm not disappointed at all! You have my vote!

Pros, Great printer for the price. Very fast
Cons, Changing the printer setting through the minimalist control panel is cumbersome and not intuitive. Having an interface you could log into from the computer the configure the printer would bring it to 5 Stars
