I always purchase Brother producs, not only because they last, but the customer support is fabulous. I have 3 brother printers, one brother fax and one brother scanner. It's like keeping family together...........

Perfect for home office

I upgraded to this machine from the HL-5470DW (which I still use) We have a mobile notary business and print lots of letter and legal size docs. This machine is fast, reliable, and has an upper and lower tray that will hold a full ream of paper (less stopping to reload). If you have a high volume small business, this may be the machine for you.

Great Printer

I had an older brother MFC that printed over 100k pages. So I found my new dedicated work-horse. This prints fast and holds tons of paper. I dont have to refill it eveyr batch of prints that I do. Great quality and no issues. Definitely recommend this product.

Fast and Trouble Free

We are using this printer quite heavily to print invoices. It keeps up with the work load very well, as it is very fast, and so far has been completely trouble free. The toner capacities are great as well as the ability to add paper trays! Very good printer for the money!

Excellent High Volume Printer

I have been a mobile notary for the last 2 years and print 2 copies of 150 page document files 8 to 10 times a week. I love this printer. It is very reliable and produces excellent copies. I heartily recommend it!

Deep sleep works fine. Print quality is good. Yet to see productivity from cartridges. Hoping generic cartridges will work as Brother's are very expensive.
