Quick and holds a ream of paper

For a small office this holds a ream of paper and it quite fast. It is easy to use and the duplex coping is also fast. I can't quite get the scan to work as efficiently as the 8970dw or 8910dw so that is a little disappointing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is an affordable machine for a fairly active business which prints a lot. I was a bit surprised that it was not a quieter machine but it functions well.

This is everything I wanted in a small home office printer ... fast printing, 500 sheet paper tray, scanning both sides, scanning legal-sized documents, extra-large toner cartridge. It has exceeded my expectations!

Love the speed of this printer over our old one! The only feature I wish it had was the ability to print by wired and bluetooth connections simultaneously.

Top feeder issue

The copier works great for printing and when printing from the screen, but when feeding from the top feeder copies come out slightly skewed and unprofessional looking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very pleased with this printer so far. It's acquisition and consumable costs are lower than most other printers in its class. It was easy to set up on my network, and no driver problems under Windows 10. I don't use the fax capability, but I enjoy the scan, copy and print features. Plenty of tray capacity.
