Part of our emergency kit

The Biolote stove and kettle are part of our emergency kit. Fortunately, during the latest ice storm in the Greater Toronto Area we were not affected by the extensive power outages. Might this be a case of Murphy's Law reversed?

I've only had chance to use my KettlePot a couple of times, in my back garden, but already I love it. I really like that the stove fits into it, that the thermocouple fits into the pouring spout of the lid, and that a littler bowl is nested in the bottom of the pot - all nice touches. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the design of this kettle and I love it!

I have only used the pot a few times, but I like that I can carry the stove inside! I made a pot of coffee with it in very cold temps and it went quickly with little fuss. Can't wait to spend more time testing it!!

WOW was I surprised

I used the BioLite stove and KettlePot during hunting season this year. It never left my pack. I was amazed at how easy it was to get fired up and how fast it boiled water. It worked so well that two of the guys I hunt with purchased them. (do I get any commission?) This is one amazing little stove. No smoke once it is heated up and you can set it up in less than a minute.

Dear BioLite, Just wanted to say the KettlePot rocks! First use this spring, 2014. Boils quickly. I can even feed small sticks through the holes without removing the pot from the flame! And it all packs together nice and compact. You've got one happy camper here :) Thanks again!
