This phone is great. Aside from receiving updates directly from google when pushed out to unlocked version, it's a good experience. I really like the build and the software is perfect. If the Note 2 wasn't available I would have never given this phone away to the wife. Even with what ever flaws it may have, it's the best 2011-2012 phone out.
Pros: Bright display, Durable

it help me to be able to use it for my deaf needs with front video so i can be able to call with relay and display is very clear and can see as like HD it awesome!!! good deal!!!

It's a good bare bones phone

While not directly related to Sprint as I had the Verizon Edition, this phone came with ZERO bloatware, the way a phone should be.
The phone performed excellent through its service life. I tend to use the living daylights out of my devices and this one took it like a champ. Between the speedy processor (for the time) and decent memory allocation, it handled pretty much anything I threw at it.
If this phone is still available to you on your carrier of choice and you are looking for a device that is easy to use, as well as to ease you into the larger phone market, this would be my strong recommendation. My first accessory recommendation though would be an extended battery asap. Sorry Samsung, gotta dock you 1 star for the poor performance of the 3G/4G chips. When using cellular services on this phone, it tends to eat through the battery in a hurry. This was due to the fact that it has one of the early First Gen 4G chips in it, however the 4G speeds are amazing.
I still use this phone today as a GPS unit in my car. I have it programmed to connect to my Note 2 via Bluetooth and it performs just as good as having a data plan on it and saves a bundle! :)
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: poor battery life :(

I cannot get past the problems with the charging port. My daughter and I actually both have this phone (for Verizon), and while the performance and features are wonderful, like many others you can find around the web, the charging port is horrible. We just get them in April, and have been through 5 different chargers. This is just sad. I'm sitting here with mine right now and cannot get it to charge at all. My insurance will replace (for $125), but I'll get the same phone, and I'm not really sure I want to do that.

Still a great powerful phone after 3 years! Amazing that samsung really built this phone to last. i am on 4.4 kit Kat and its 3 years old. Truly amazing and has been very durable even though it does not gave any kind of Gorilla Glass.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Durable

I lived this phone however the battery life is horrible!!! I can have a full charge soon as I check a few emails, make a Facebook status, or send a text and the phone is going dead. I took it in a few times but the store said it's made like that. Then I bought an extended battery but it made the phone to bulky a case couldn't fit on it and it made the phone heavy. Besides the battery life, it's a good phone!!!!!

Great, first Google Nexus phone

Great phone. Right size for carrying in your pocket. Lightweight and a clean design. I especially like the lack of hard buttons on the face of the phone. To bad Samsung changed the design on their current phones.
