Not too.much to brag on from this bag. I've only used it once so far. It seems to hold all my things so the space and capacity seems fine. The issues start with the handle seems to be a bit flimsy. The worst part is that it always seems to roll crooked. Which is super frustrating while zipping in and out of airports. I will be giving it one more chance and hopefully it goes well.

I just took this bag on a trip to Europe for 11 days and it was just what I needed. It fit everything I needed for the journey and then some. I like how many pockets it has and it is the perfect size for an airplane carry-on. The 360° wheels are essential for getting it through airports and train stations. My only complaint is that when rolling it behind me, there was a limited angle range that would work, and if I held the handle at a height that was comfortable for me (I'm 5'8") the wheels would skip along the ground and make the bag wobble side to side. If I stooped down a little or rolled the bag upright it worked fine. I think it is due to the design of the wheels on this model. My husband has the same size SwissGear suitcase which we bought last year and his does not have any covers over the wheels, and it worked fine for him. If you are a little shorter or plan to only roll it upright, it should be fine!

1) all 4 spinner wheels seem sturdy and rolls easily
2) 2 outside zipper compartments: top is small, bottom is medium
Cons:
1) lacks extra compartments inside: just a small Snap-On plastic zip bag for toiletries; one side mesh zipper pocket along the long side; one mesh zipper compartment on the inside compartment lid
2) telescoping handle has a lot of play and feels flimsy, may not be durable enough for the long haul

Love the size and color but…

I received this suitcase as a gift and loved it until I took it on a recent trip. The 360 wheels wouldn’t turn properly on the hotel carpet and when rolling it through the train station and hotel hard floors the metal handle was twisting and turning struggling to move the suitcase easily. I was fighting it the entire trip. It was spacious and I was able to comfortably pack for a three day trip, though. I will be requesting an exchange. I’m hoping this is a onetime defective product.

would be great if the zippers didn't fall off after the first use, of course they don't have replacement parts, and baggage handling mishaps aren't included in the warranty for baggage.

I travel extensively and depend on a rugged stylish spinner. After a lot of research I settled on the SwissGear spinner. To bad I didn’t research a little more. In less than 2wks I can’t push the luggage in front of me, as my profession requires. The wheels are completely jacked up and the spinner runs only one way, at an angle. It’s hard to explain, but I have to wrestle with my luggage now and didn’t have to before this purchase.
