Overall the product is great! I am a little disappointed with the looseness of the handle. It is able to wiggle which is annoying. I would appreciate if this could be tightened. Other than that I love this bag.

I bought this bag because I wanted to replace my 21 year old other brand name two wheel luggage. I haven't used it yet, but it is lightweight weight and easy to roll. I'm disappointed that it doesn't have as many compartments as my 21 year old bag, however.
