I have been very happy with all my other SwissGear products, but NOT this one. When the suitcase is packed it is VERY hard to roll it. - the wheels keep turning the suitcase, can't wheel it straight.

I have bought this spinner twice. The first was in 2023. The wheel broke when we were in Italy. We again bought the exact same spinner in May. When we were in Texas the zipper on the main compartment broke and came apart!! I don’t think we will buy another!!! 😞

This is a warranty replacement for the bag that I purchased 5/21/23. I like the bag and the overall quality is very good but the zipper broke when I was traveling. Hopefully, the replacement will be trouble free on my next trip in a month. I am happy that Swissgear stood behind their replacement warranty. The warranty claim process was relatively trouble free.

I needed something light, easy to maneuver and a little bigger than my carry-on. This was perfect for my trip to Italy. Easy to move around thru the airport and train stations and roomy enough for all my 'stuff'. Love it!

The wheels are sturdy. The suitcase fabric held up well. I would avoid a lighter fabric that would show stains more easily. Actually for this reason I prefer the black Swissgear suitcase we have. Overall very pleased.

This is too big for carry on but it is the perfect size for me. This is an easy 5+ day bag for a guy. My wife tells me it's closer to a 3 day for a woman.

I bought this suitcase to replace a previous Swissgear suitcase that lost a wheel. This is a beautiful blue color which is easy to spot on the carousel and I love how the bag is organized. But it is uncomfortable to wheel or push thru the airport. It seems to lean slightly to one side and requires significant effort to push. Not as easy to use as the one I replaced.

I love the color and it's a great size but I was really disappointed in how it rolls. It doesn't move in any direction and it got stuck on the carpet inside the hotel hallways heading to my room. I'm considering returning it.
