Great overall fridge

It is great in all aspects. The only minor complaint is there is a delay in ice dispensing. And I may have not figured out how to do it but I would like to increase the default water dispense volume from 8 oz to 12. I don't think it can do that.

This is an excellent product, lots of space and adjusts to fit our family needs. Freezer section has wonderful ease of access and the roll out tray is very novel. The product design is very clean and modern. Because of the design and features we purchased the entire suite of products in the white ice design.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Reliable Product

Have had this product for 9 months now and couldn't be happier. The fridge is very consistent and easy to use. Had to replace the filter and that only took a minute or two - don't be worried when black particles or bubbles show up after changing, they go away in a day or two.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this fridge in September and it completely stopped working in February - all my food spoiled and it was an extreme hassle. It took Whirlpool 5 weeks to get me a replacement - which was an eternity w 3 small boys- so, I have the new replacement and so far so good.Despite the faulty engineering of the product. The Fridge itself is great. Lots of room - we build our house and had the back wall built out to make this fridge a more expensive "counter depth" style. The shelves move to adjust taller items and there is enough space for all sorts of jars/bottles/jugs, etc. Love the pizza drawer in the freezer.I wish the freezer drawers can come out completely so I can clean them in the sink.Other than the fridge dying and our family going through the hassle of waiting 5 weeks for a replacement (lots and lots of phone calls, missed deadlines etc etc) , I would recommend this product to a friend - the fridge is a good product.It's a 3 star bc of my personal experience, otherwise I would give it a 5 star rating for the value and quality of this product.

being a elderly person I always thought the botton freezer and eye level refrigerator would be a good fit, little did I know what a wonderfulhelp with physical limitation. Love the features of double freezer drawers, can pack alot of "stuff". being able to open the doors and able to see what I want without searching in the back of the refrigerator is great!would highly recommend this refrigerator.

Both this to go with the other appliances in the new house. It has plenty of room in the top and bottom compartments. The led lights are a nice touch. Everything stays cold as expected.

This was a good looking fridge, I purchased it to update my wifes kitchen when I was doing a remodel. I had it delivered September 29th and moved it into the house on November the 3rd to install. It did not work, I ended up having to call Whirlpool to send out a tech to fix it. I was advised it will need the refrigeration system replaced. it has been a display and never used and not sure why it has to have the system replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We really love our new French door Refrigerator/ freezer, it's so easy to get in & out of and it's so spacious we have room for everything, it holds so much more than our old side by side frig/freezer. I also love the fact that it has a replaceable filter system for the icemaker our old one didn't have the filter system. Everything about it is wonderful!
