The water/ice switch is hard to use. it is not senative at the bottom.

Love the space, wish we'd gotten the double-drawer

We've had ours right at 6 months and so far we like it for the most part.Pros:- Space, love the amount of space and flexibility of configurations- Lighting, it's amazing, very bright nice not to have to change bulbs- Sound, seems pretty quiet in our small home with hard floors though every now and then for a few minutes the compressor does make a loud noise though it's not unbearable or anything- Temp, holds set temp perfectly in both fridge and freezer- No issues so far with freezer burn- Icemaker seems to make plenty of ice for our 3-adult home plus occasional company- Measured fill feature is nice but slightly gimmicky as it's only useful in a relative few situations- Ice/water dispenser area is deeper than on most units and reasonably tall though not tall enough for quart-sized or larger pitchers/containers- Filters are very easy to access and changeCons:- Finish is not the least bit smudge/fingerprint proof- Touch controls are very finicky and our control panel creaks when pressed- Fresh food/water filter performance degrades quickly after first month or two of installation and water filter is as or more expensive than a filter pitcher but doesn't perform as well, plus the fridge costs more with the dispenser- Both doors must be open all the way to open the pantry drawer - we quickly wished we had gotten the one with a dedicated drawer between the fridge and freezer sections even if it meant sacrificing a little bit of space to accommodate it- Frosted "no-spill" shelf edges don't contain spills as well as curved glass or plastic rimmed shelves- Water dispenser is far enough out in front that you have to hold down the push pad manually if filling small mouthed containers and water drips onto front of fridge- Tray under ice/water dispenser could stand to be slightly deeper for catching spills/drips- Ice/water dispenser will not work if either door is open- Due to height of dispenser area, if measured fill is used, water and ice can splash out of short containers very easily- We haven't found the center crisper drawer to be incredibly useful. It's not quite long enough for a bunch of celery though it's the perfect width/depth for it.Overall we're happy with it, especially since we got it for a great price on Labor Day weekend.

Love the French door design with bottom freezer! .

We've had our Whirlpool refrigerator about 3 months and we like it much more than our old side by side model. The refrigerator being on top (at eye level) makes so much sense. The bottom freezer drawer holds more food than our old side by side model. It has a space to store two full size pizzas...very easy and convenient! We also love the LED lighting inside the fridge. The only negative I could give about the refrigerator is that it's slightly noisier than our old one. Great product Whirlpool!

I especially like being able to automatically set the ounces needed for filling my coffee pot and the idea there is room for the pot to sit in the cubby space without holding it. It's also very easy to find just what I'm looking for in the freezer because it's so roomy.

Only negatives are that water dispenser drips slightly for a few seconds, once flow stops, and middle door flap doesn't always fold tight to door when opening, so bangs into other door occasionally, when closing, so you have to manually push flap against door to get closed. Otherwise a very good appliance.
