plenty of storage, love the bottom freezer, awesome exterior looks, somewhat noisy ice maker, but not unbearable. The single water/ice despencer takes more pressue to hold glass against than I anticipated.

Good features, bad problems

For the first 3 years I owned this refrigerator, it was great. Now, within the last year, I've had the icemaker quit working two times, and now I seem to have an issue under the Technical Service Pointer #W10666205A which my model and s/n are included in, that my freezer does not freeze and the icemaker will not produce ice. The only 'good' thing about this refrigerator now..I can still have filtered water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WORST refrigerator EVER!

Not even 2 years old and it has been serviced 7-9 times due to major issues! Had to buy extra warranty plans, and it just broke again! Water leaking from the ceiling getting everything wet in frig, ice maker has half melted ice, and the compressor in the freezer has gone out twice...on a frig that is only a year and a half old! We had to buy a back up frig/freezer for the garage due to the frig not working randomly! Worst frig ever!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had our new refrigerator about a month and love it! It has so much room and functions so well! So glad we decided on another Whirlpool!

Ice maker issue and service lower rating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three years ago and have problems with the ice maker the entire time. We had it serviced four times in the first year. As a result, we ice trays in our freezer.

great refrigerator

This is a great refrigerator... It has plenty of shelf space and when I need to adjust the shelves moves easily. The freezer is sectioned and helps with organization. I love the crushed ice on the door.
