Our New Fridge

We recently upgraded from a 26cu to a 29 cu. Just barely made the space but all worked out great. This fridge is awesome. The efficient use of space and layout made life so much easier. I love the three drawers and party platter drawer as well as the easy reach freezer drawer. The auto pour water dispenser int he door is a great feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not the best on the market

I've owned this refrigerator for a few months. The icemaker had to be replaced after the 1st week. Whirlpool then increased my warranty to 3 years at no charge, which is good. The refrigerator is very noisy and runs throughout the day and night. It was explained to me by a repairman that the noise level is increased in most refrigerators due to reduced insulation to increase energy efficiency. I have no way to validate that statement. I do like the design and all the features. It's a good appliance if you can put up with the noise level.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Experience buying installing and using the New Refrigerator

Purchase was very easy. Delivery and Installation were a breeze. The refrigerator is everything we hoped it would be, excellent capacity, easy access and it looks great in our kitchen

Inverter board went bad after 13 months

I bought this refrigerator, plus a Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer in November 2014. Last week, one month after the warranty expired, the inverter board on the refrigerator went bad. Obviously, I'd expect major components to last more than 13 months. Additionally, I am now having issues with the washer as well - not filling with enough water, not getting clothes clean. Whirlpool was the only brand I looked at when purchasing these appliances, due to strong reviews and the Whirlpool reputation for quality. Suffice it to say I'll be looking for other options in the future.

So far so good

We have had this fridge for about 4-5 moths now. Works as it should and the French doors are awesome. The plastic drawer in the freezer section concerns me for longevity but we owned a Whirpool before for 10+ years w/ no issues so that is why we stayed with this brand when it finally conked out. Great space and water, ice function works well. Seems a bit noisier than our last version but it is fine. Interior LED lighting is awesome and changing the filter up top is a nice feature.

We could not be happier with this product. The purchase experience was great. The installation team was phenomenal. This refrigerator is much nicer than our previous unit. It has thus far exceeded our expectations.

More than ample storage space.

I like the bottom freezer, the ice and water in the door (no lost freezer space) and lots of shelf space to use as needed. Also like the separate drawer space for produce--vegetables, fruits, and meats, cheese, and soda cans.

Best frig ever

I stsarted out with a 22cf I was looking for a great buy and I saw this for the size was awesome and the features are easy and fast to learn. My only complant is the ice maker is small even with fast ice settig it produces slow ice. I have so much space in my new frig it looks empty. Freezer space is a little small but everything fits. the lighting on this frig is awesome.......
