Nothing but problems

We bought this refridgerator under 2 years ago. We had to replace a door due to handle failure and now one door is slightly higher than the other. Recently, the refridgerator just quit. Everything melted and now we have to pay $345.00 to get it fixed. We have several refridgerators made by different companies that have lasted over 10 years and still no problems. Very disappointed in whirlpool and in this product. Do not buy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We just purchased this refrigerator. It run all the time, it never stops. I can also hear it in my family room. Does anyone else have this problem? How is this energy efficient when it is always running?
Pros: Design, Convenient Features, easy to use
Cons: runs all the time & is noisy

Trouble from day one.

I have had this refrigerator for 6 weeks and the repair man has been out twice. The bottom freezer is leaking and building up frost which drops on the floor every time you open it. The ice make made one batch of ice and quit. Also the ice maker seems to drip water onto the top shelve. I hope the repair service will be able to take care of the problem today. I expected more from KitchenAid. This is my 3rd KitchenAid purchase and it may be my last.

I like this refrigerator except for the exterior water dispenser. The opening for the water to come out of is very small and as a result, it takes forever to fill a glass of water.

I love this fridge. There's a lot of room in the fridge and even in the freezer! This is my second kitchenaid fridge in 15 years. The first one is still in great shape after over 10 years in our rental home.

Bought this refrigerator to match the KitchenAid appliances in my new home. This fridge is very quiet, I particularly like the bottom freezer with the pull out shelves, it is easy to organize items and find them. The ice and water dispenser are easy to use and I like the lighting feature. Wish the capacity of the ice maker was larger, but that is my only issue.
