This refrigerator is very quiet. The ice maker openings are over sized and will allow tall glasses and pitchers to fit in the opening. The freezer has well compartments and drawers that allow for practical organization of frozen foods. the ice maker is compact and does not take up much space. Transitioning from my side by side to this refrigerator was a pleasure.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, Design

We bought this as it had all the features we were looking for and it fit in the space we had for it. Ice maker is a tic finicky every once and a while just spits out a random ice cube onto the floor. after 4 months use it started making a horrific noise, had the repair guy out needs a new compressor, they may replace the unit not sure yet...my next review will be based on how and what they do.
Pros: Convenient Features, easy to use
Cons: Ice maker, h2o filter

So noisy I can't stand to be in my new kitchen

Seemed like all the review for refrigerators said they were noisy, so I thought everyone just liked to complain & we had our last Kitchenaid refrigerator for 19 years with no problems. BUT, this refrigerator makes so much noise I can't hardly to stand to be in my new kitchen! It makes constant noise that changes pitch so you can't just tune it out. Yes, the icemaker does leak water, which is annoying but not as bad as the noise. I would NOT recommend this refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great refrigerator, but a bit limited on ice capacity in the door dispenser. It makes a "whirring" noise every time the door is opened that seems strange, but apparently harmless.
