I Love the look inside and out! The dispenser is higher and not as easy for little ones to reach. I really like the 3 drawers in the freezer, it makes it easier to organize but you do need to make sure your teens don't stuff the drawers like their dressers! The beeping alarm to tell you the door is open is also nice for those teens that stand there waiting for what they want to suddenly appear, to say duh it's not going to happen! :-)

Love the features but I have had trouble with the ice maker

I have also had trouble with humidity on refrigerator and freezer seals and frost where freezer door closes on sides. I have had repair man here several times to upgrade software and fix and still the trouble. This is brand new and I'm very frustrated.
Pros: easy to use, Innovative, Convenient Features
Cons: performance leaky and condensation on seals

Purchased stainless steel french door to replace old side by side. Much easier to use and seems to be more spacious. Love the look and awesome features such as accurate measures of water dispensed.

We will have our third visit from the service department in as many months. The refrigerator is so loud from vibrations you can hear it two rooms over. Hopefully they will fix it this time.
