I love my new refrigerator. I now have a place for everything. Very organized. The lighting is great. The automatic 8 ounces of water is used constantly. The freezer drawer fits everything.

We have had this fridge for about 5 weeks. Some people complain that it's loud, but for me it isn't. Our home has a first floor great room that leads into the kitchen and the sound is not annoying. The produce drawer is amazing - it really does keep food fresh longer. Due to the french door design and the clever location of the ice maker (on the top of the fridge vs. in the door itself), there is a ton of usable space. We had a similarly sized side-by-side and this blows it away. The lighting is super cool too. We can easily find what we need.
The biggest downside is the ice dispenser. It takes a long time to start delivering ice and after you take your glass away it still spits some out, creating a wet spot on the floor or a puddle in the dispenser that leaks down the front of the fridge. Very annoying.
Overall I'm really pleased.

Cons: ice dispenser starts slow and continues after you

LOVE the fridge/freezer...but after only 3 months...the ice continues to melt and lose its shape. AND, we have water dripping from the ice maker continuously! NOT HAPPY!!!

This KitchenAid is great. Nice features inside and out. Love all the options on the ice/water panel. Nice and bright on the inside with led lights. And there is so much room in both the top and also the freezer space. Great storage with lots of shelves and drawers top and bottom.This is our first French door style refrigerator and love it. The freshness filters really do a great job too. Nice large and fast making ice maker. Give it a try I am sure you will like it.

Entire "fridge" is designed very well--large trays can be used as the shelves combine for added length. in upper storage--in freezer drawers there is lots of room for bulky items as well as flat containers

Freezer is big enough to hold whatever you desire..Refrigerator section has more than enough space. Very quiet running. Ice dispenser and water dispenser are extras I wasn't sure about getting. But very easy to get used to ... love it

Everything perfect, but a inside condensation building drops of ice on te top had to be fixed after 72 hours of use. They change some parts, its 85% bettet, but still building one or two drops of ice
