I have had this refrigerator for four months now and just live it! My vegetables stay fresher longer and with 3 filters in this product there are no lingering odors. I have had many compliments on the appearance from friends and family. I have a deep freezer and wanted more refrigeration space than freezer but this has both. With two drawers in the freezer, I am amazed on how much it holds in convenient and easy to find space. Don't pass this one up!

We've only had the refrigerator a couple of weeks, but it seems to work well. My only compliant is the design. The designers made it look pretty inside, but gave up quite a bit of storage from it predecessor. Forget pretty and give me more storage. Door space is very limited.

There are so many great features on this compared to our old side by side. The bottom freezer with the three doors makes it so much easier to find frozen food item. The measured water feature once we started using it makes mixing drinks so much easier. The LED lighting is makes the refrigerator so much easier to see inside. There is so much more room than our old 27 cu ft refrigerator and the deli drawer is great for storing all our cheeses, butter, and sandwich meets. My wife's first words after about a week of use were " I love my new refrigerator".

Pretty Good - One Limitation

We purchased this refrigerator as part of an entire KitchenAid appliance upgrade for our newly remodeled kitchen. We replaced a 22 year old, 25 cu ft KitchenAid side by side that had worked flawlessly.
One thing I wished I knew before purchasing this model is that the volume of ice produced daily is no where near what I had expected. The old side by side produced upwards of 8lbs. per day while this unit is about 3lbs per day. For 3 adults who enjoy drinking water, it is really not enough.
A second, minor irritant is the noises this unit makes. While the Q & A section of the website addressed the noises, they take some time to get used to.
