Kitchen Aid has great products, but no so sure with this fridge. It has left lootsbof ice in my frozen potatoes, ham, and a sheet of ice on my pizzas. It has a poor ventilation system in freezer, as my tech told us to keep food away from the vents in the very bottom tray in freezer. There has been ice build up in fridge towards very back top left. My overall happiness with this product is in the middle.

Cons: bad ventilation between freezer and fridge, leaves ice crystals on frozen food

Like the French door, like all the features. Lighting inside is fantastic. Ice make is a bit disappointing, slow production, when not used everyday the ice tends to clump together. Not sure may call service to come look at. I am a bit picky on this, we do have a rairtan ice maker on our boat and it works faster.

We are very pleased with our new refrigerator. It looks great. We kept hearing stories about this model being noisy, but ours is perfectly quiet! It holds a lot of food. The lighting is very beautiful. The double French doors are very convenient. We have had it for 1 month, and do not have any problems or complaints.

This refrigerator is a great addition to our kitchen. It provides a lot of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. We especially like the separate storage bins in the freezer that slide in and out easily. Also, the multpurpose drawer within the refrigerator is a nice bonus. Though a bit noisy at times, we're happy with the purchase.

My husband and I bought this refrigerator 2 months ago when our old side by side fridge was on its last legs after 35 years of service! We had shopped around quite a bit and decided on this particular one because it was a good size for the space, it has a very nice appearance, we wanted to try the French Door (even though I was a little hesitant), and the interior was very spacious with nice lighting. I have found that the French door freezer on this model has alot of room and I love the two extra drawers which help keep things organized.
