Pros: There's plenty of light, even when the fridge is full. Lots of good sized shelves and drawers. Highly configurable. Freezer has multiple drawers, which we thought would limit how much we could put in there (usually freezer items are larger), but we had no problem filling all of them. We really like the water volume indicator.
Cons: We have a couple issues with the Water/Ice dispenser. Within a week or so of being in the hopper the ice starts to shrink. We attribute that to the fact that the hopper door is not well insulated from the Fridge. It's not even been a year and the water pump sounds like it's starting to give out. It can be somewhat difficult to fill jugs and water bottles with the water tap as the outlet is more to the rear of the dispenser and doesn't hang down very low.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Drawers need redesign

Overall the unit is fine, however, in order to open the vegetable drawers, one has to open both main doors which increases energy use. Also, it is noisy when running.

I love, love, love this refrigerator. The lighting is illuminating (pun intended). The large drawer is amazing. Everything is kept at the perfect temp in both the refrigerator and freezer. I love the 3 separate drawers in the freezer, it helps organize the food better. Our nre refrigerator is more organized than my life. I highly recommend the Make and Model. Worth every dollar paid.
