This is the second Kitchenaid refrigerator (same type/model) in the last 18 months. The first was replaced after 15 months due to condenser problems. Kitchenaid was great in the replacement process. The second has been working great so far with the exception of the ice maker being a little loud.
Really like the features of the model as well as the space and shelve adjustments. Can really customize the layout for all your needs.

I bought this 4 months ago and we are very happy with it. The lighting and stainless accents inside really make it look much nicer than other similar refrigerators I've seen. We get a lot of compliments on it. But my favorite part is definitely the wine drawer!:)

We're doing a remodel and replaced our kitchen appliances as well. This refrigerator gives us the additional cubic feet we wanted without any added outside dimensions. We also like very much the additional drawers and expanded drawer features in both the freezer and produce area. The reduced operating costs are a great plus too. The individual ice and water stations with greater height are a plus.

This fridge was installed in November. The ice maker had NEVER worked. After 5 service visits later it still doesn't work and after the last visit the freezer fan keeps shooting out and causing the freezer to lose power. Trying to work with my retailer to get problem fixed or get a different unit. I have read other reviews where kitchen aid stonewalls until warranty expires. We will see!

We are having a problem locating the water filter for this refrigerator as the store we purchased this product does not carry the filter and could not find it in the product system on their computer.

I bought the counter depth model and it looks so nice in our kitchen. It is quiet. It provides not only ice in the door, but also has an ice maker in the freezer. A welcomed addition to our kitchen.

The interior has great space and design. The freezer has multiple pull out trays and is great for organizing your frozen foods. I really like the filtered cold water. The ice maker seems to throw the ice out. You better have your glass up high or the ice will some times miss your glass. At times, the refrigerator will make some strange sounds. The sounds are documented in the user's guide.
