Love this refrigerator but very unhappy with the quality

I really wanted to love this refrigerator but I had to have service come out because frozen condensate if forming on the inside ceiling of the refrigerator by the ice maker. The service man told me it was because I did not have enough food in the refrigerator. Well, I have had it now for over 8 months and the frozen condensate is still there. I really expected more from a $3000 refrigerator.
If not for this issue, I would give the refrigerator all top ratings. I love the space, lighting and freezer organization.
Pros: Design, Innovative, Convenient Features, easy to use
Cons: frozen condensate inside the refrigerator
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the looks and function of this fridge. Very large and flexible. Very happy overall. It does make a variety of odd noises and much more than the may tag it is replacing. If you have a small kitchen and are bothered by different noises from time to time, this may not be the fridge for you.

Very Loud Fridge

I have owned this fridge for 2 weeks. First, I will say that everything works as advertised. I really like this fridge except for one major flaw. It is very loud.
The fridge is tucked away around the corner in our kitchen on one side of the house. If you stand anywhere on our 1,000 S.F. main level you can hear the constant fan/compressor sound. The unit almost never stops making noise. About half the day I compare it to having your kitchen hood exhaust fan on. The other half it sounds like a server grade computer is running in your kitchen. There is usually a period of 30 minutes or so every day where it quiets down to what a normal fridge would sound like (when a normal fridge is at it's loudest).
I really wanted to like this fridge, but I am very disappointed that a fridge in this price range can make it to production with this amount of noise.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features
Cons: very noisy all the time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was reluctant to go to the french door style refrigerator...but after only a couple of months with this refrigerator...I'm hooked...so much more space...easy to find items and the freezer is so easy to keep organized
