The doors on top - if you open the left door and the right door then close the right door first it will slam against the back because it requires the left door to be closed to provide a seal.
The ice maker or cooling system not sure which sounds like a small motor is always going and varies in pitch even if the doors are all closed and the ice maker is full. So I would say that our living room is about 15 feet away from the fridge and around a corner and anyone can clearly hear it running. Kind of getting annoying after having for 2 months now.
The ice dispenser in the door requires the glass to be all the way at the top or ice will miss the cup.
Otherwise this appliance works well and holds lots of food on top and in the freezer.
Pros: Design, Convenient Features, easy to use
Cons: right door needs to be closed last, ice dispenser needs glass all the way on the top, noise of cooling system - very annoying

I bought this fridge along w stove and dishwasher and it's actually pretty good all around. We had all Kitchenaid appliances before and liked them a lot so we are used to the quality and design from this company. Lots of space, keeps things at the proper temperature and I'm not having to mess with moving shelves etc to put taller items in. Only issue is the fresh saver compartment for the special filter is a pain to change and it takes up too much room in my crisper which is slightly annoying since you can't fit a whole lot in there when it's in.

Would have like to give this review a 5 star rating but we had to replace the ice maker after only owning this refrigerator for 1 1/2 years. A little disappointing. This did not cost us any money to fix though. Received whole new ice maker for free, due to a bad batch of ice makers installed in these refrigerators. Other than that we love this piece of appliance. We bought a stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer, all Whirlpool brand.

We recently bought our Kitchenaid 29" cu ft French Door refrigerator and are still amazed at how much more room we have, and the features are wonderful. There are 2 hidden drawers in the lower freezer compartment that completely hold the little bags of veggies, little casseroles, frozen onions, bell peppers, chopped celery for recipes! And there's all kinds of room for the meats, ice cream, bread, etc. And finally we have enough room in the refrig. for all we use and store! And it's BEAUTIFUL! stainless steel, with lighted ice/water on the door! We absolutely love it!

Its a great product except for the very loud nosies coming from it while running. We've had a epairman look at it and determined it has a bad fan. The problem is that the part has been on back order for a month with no ETA. The product is so loud it keeps us up at night while it is running !
