The ice and water features are not labeled, have to remember ice is on the left. Makes a loud once once and awhile, noticeable at night. Have to open both doors to get to the large pull out tray, probably for large platters. The other storage features have been planned well. Overall I would buy it again.

The quality and features of this refrigerator are excellent. We looked at several with equivalent features and were willing to mix and match appliances in our new home, but Kitchen Aid's quality is just better than other equivalently priced brands. Although not noisy, I am still trying to get used to the sound, which, I have been told is the same for all new models.

I am so sorry that I purchased this refrigerator. I have had 4 service calls since Sept when it was delivered. Still not fixed. Ice formation in fridge, icemaker replaced, condensation on freezer door, gaskets in process of being replaced on both refrigerator doors. The unit is very noisy, grinding and squeaking.
I am also not crazy about the extra drawer in the freezer. Makes it difficult to put bigger items like turkeys or hams.

The refrigerator tends to be noisy. The water filter does not last long and are expensive to replace. Overall, it is a quality product and the parts are nicely built and designed. The freezer is the best feature.

We've had this for fridge for 7 months and just replaced all the filters. We love the lighting. The LED lighting makes it so easy to see all the contents of the fridge. The glass shelves are easy to clean. The freezer's pullout drawers make access so easy - the top pullout is almost like a privacy drawer - the grandkids forget it's there. The pizza storage area is terrific. Our local store, Anderson Appliances, is great - installation, fine tuning, answering questions - give them five stars too. All in all, I guess we're satisfied, and then some. And the added bonus - envious friends.

This refrigerator has plenty of room for fresh food for our family of eight. The interior lighting is bright. Love the Max Ice feature which speeds up the ice making process.
Drawbacks: Difficult to find a place to hold the enormous bottle of apple juice we usually buy. Water tends to leak from the ice maker onto the interior door beneath it. Be sure to follow the instructions of wiping the doors clean along the existing lines - side to side. This makes a huge difference. The door will not get clean if the washcloth is used from top to bottom instead of side to side.
