pretty good ice maker, could be better

Replaced a 11 year old other brand machine. The only complaints I have are the ice freezes together in the bin and clumps up. The old machine did not so that. The other complaint is there is no inside door that comes out when you open the main door. The other brand has a slide that catches the ice when it falls out of the scoop while trying to put the ice in your cup. With this machine, you have to be careful filling your cup or it will end up falling on the floor. If those two things were fixed, it would be a 5 star and the best ice machine available. Wish it came with a door for the price I paid.
