Love the pellet ice. It’s January, so not much ice usage yet, but I have a feel g it will be used a lot by our family this spring/summer

Love the nugget ice it makes.
Machine is very quiet except when the pump turns on every 15 minutes for a few seconds to pump out melted ice. Please make a quieter pump

We installed it and it has failed twice. Still waiting on the replacement.
