I’m usually not a fan of GE, but they really hit a home run with this ice maker. Very quiet, efficient, and delightful nugget ice.

Love the nugget ice

Love the convenience of nugget ice. However, with the pump, it does create a bit of noise we are not used to. If you have a large house, this is something that will not bother you. You can't shut the pump on and off. We love having this in our new kitchen, it is just one downside of it. You do have to order a door that matches your other appliances - in our case - Cafe - as you can see in our pics, the door is not here yet due to supply chain issues.

Better Than Expected!

Usually I read reviews with a grain of salt because only "upset" people take the time to share their opinions. So here we are, one month in and I will tell you, WE LOVE THIS ICE MAKER! It is AMAZING! The ice looks and taste fantastic and worth every dollar spent. I will tell you that it does produce a little noise that is actually louder than my Sub-Zero refrigerator but this is not a deal-breaker. We installed a custom paneled door for our ice maker and it looks great. The amount of ice that this machine puts out is so much more than we expected. We fill the boat cooler easily and with left-over ice. I hope that you will be as happy as we are with this ice maker. A great purchase if you want the "Sonic / Chick-fil-A" ice. GO FOR IT !!!

This machine is the best the ice is perfect only problem is you have to clean it more regularly than other ice machines. But it’s totally worth it

We recently purchased our GE ice maker. We absolutely love it. We hosted a large family gathering with around 20 people and the ice maker never ran out of ice. People drank a lot of beverages and bragged on how much they loved the ice.
