Just received our machine yesterday after owning a cube ice machine for 11 years. Pellet ice is delicious! All our family really enjoys it.

Absolutely love the ice maker.
I was disappointed that it did not come faced with a stainless steel
door. Now my husband has to make a fake front for it. Would like to have seen that as an option, as much as it cost to buy it!
Otherwise, it is great!!

Best purchase ever!!!! We debated between it and scotsman and price was a driving factor. Was worried bout noise but have bever once noticed anything that seemed loud. This thing is worth every penny. Would buy and pht in our outdoor bar if cheaper. Best ice and best machine!!! Thank you GE

if you are looking for the perfect SONIC ice.... look no more, this is it. my family and I are really into that type of ice, and did our homework looking for the best option out there. this one came ahead and many ways, but I did not stop looking into it until I finally tried this now out... it was amazing from the first minute I turned it on. Don forget to order the panel (door) when you place your order since it does not come with it, and while it is a bit more, you have the option to customize it in any way you need to match your kitchen or bar. Bets of luck!

Love the ice maker — but it runs constantly!

I’ve had the GE nugget ice maker for nearly a year... love it — great ice and plenty of it! Over the last week though, it’s started running constantly for some reason. Any ideas?
