Disappointed with the design of the pull outs

This dishwasher was installed under a home warranty so I didn't have a choice what I would get. The pull out slides have been redesigned from my previous dishwasher. Instead of upright straight pins that you can stand glasses over, this model has shallow inverted V-shaped pins that limit how you can load dishes and glasses. Really limits how much you can get into the dishwasher for each load and basically have no easy way to wash wine glasses. Do yourself a favor - save your old slide outs to reinstall in this model (yes, its possible and that's what I did) or look for a different model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t clean well

The compartment that holds the soap pack doesn’t always pop open, so the dishes don’t get anything but water. Even if I leave the compartment open and wash on the “heavy wash” setting, my dishes are almost never clean. I have to wash things 2x usually no matter the setting or type of soap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thorough cleaning

This dishwasher has food particles attached to dishes even when the dishes touch just a little bit. The dishwasher racking system is such that it is difficult to arrange dishes so they do not touch. I would not recommend this dishwasher....
