Quiet, easy to use but...

Most important: this unit cleans well. The noise level produced is very low. The water heater options for the wash and rinse cycle are nice also. And, unlike my previous unit, everything is dry at the end of the heated dry cycle. My complaints: even the lowest wash setting ("China/Crystal") without using the water heater options or heated dry runs for at least an hour and 45 minutes. I would have expected the lowest setting to run for an hour or less so you at least had a quick wash option. Also, I have the push-button only unit so there is no visual indication on the front telling you at what cycle it is in. At least with the dial type units you can tell if it's washing or rinsing and roughly how much longer before it finishes.

I love this new dishwasher. This does not have any spinning "blades" that get hung up on items on the bottom rack. Dishes sparkling clean and it runs quietly.

Replacement Dishwasher

This dishwasher was picked by my wife as being closest to what we already had installed. The controls are easy to read and use. The unit itself was fairly easy to install. The only real problem I had was that the drain hose was too short and I had to modify it and the unit did not come with an access or toekick panel; which are required since this is an undercounter installation. I would suggest checking to makes sure that they are included before accepting delivery of the unit.
The unit itself works very well and cleans the dishes and drains quite well. I would recommend this as an initial or replacement installation.

Attractive Appliance

We installed our dishwasher in March of 2018. Very happy that we choose the black finish, it adds a modern element of elegance to our outdated kitchen space. The unit is very quiet in it's operation. The price was below budget and we could not be more satisfied with our purchase.

Cleans extremely well, quiet & many wash options..

I gave this a 4 star rating mainly because there is no way to tell by looking at the unit at what point in the cleaning cycle the machine is in or how much longer until it finishes. Unlike with dial type dishwashers where you can look at the dial to see the wash cycle progress, this unit only has push buttons and LEDs which stay lit during the whole cycle.
That being said, however, I like the heated clean and heated rinse options. The "Heavy Wash" option runs for about 1½ hours which is quite long. But you can have a conversation on the phone while standing next to it because it's so quiet. While being an energy hog when using the either the heated clean or heated rinse features (or both), those options really do seem to make a big difference when trying to clean items that have baked on or caked on foodstuff.

A Lot of Cycle Choices

Recently replaced an older dishwasher with this one because of the number of cycles. Works well, but does not clean heavily soiled pots and pans. Overall it is a good value.
