Remote control

The remote control is stupid. You have to drill a hole in the cabinet to install it. Very poor design. Sales person never pointed that out and didn't know about it until after the vent was installed in the granite countertop. Had I been informed, I would never have purchased it.

Won’t extend anymore

We bought this appliance in 2021 and it worked for a couple of years and now the hood won’t extend and it isn’t feasible to repair due to parts and labor required. I would not suggest buying this product at all.
