When I was promoted by my computer that my printer was low on ink I followed the link to the hp website and it instantly showed me the proper ink cartridges. So easy!! They also sent a postage paid envelope for me to recycle my old ink cartridges. I was really impressed with that.

I have not installed this or any of the other 3 ink cartridges that I ordered. I ordered them to have on hand. I am a member of the Instant Ink program, but have not received any ink cartridges. I wanted to have some on hand.
