Products are quality and first class. The online ordering experience was awful, ship to bill to, quantity ordered all were moving targets during the order process. Finally had to get a rep on the phone to take the order and even that took 15 minutes.
How about copying the Amazon model. One account with multiple ship tos and payment options and a list of previous orders to click on to repeat a given purchase.
Better yet, when the ink is low, give me a one click option to bring up previous order and edit for current need.
Sorry if this isn’t praiseworthy enough to be published, just hope somebody reads it who can address these issues.
