I've been using original replacement ink cartridge for the various HP printers for years. The product is great and the delivery is super fast. The process is clumsy. Even though my credit card info is stored in their system, I have to re-enter it almost every time I make a purchase. Most annoying is the difficulty getting a receipt. They don't include one with the order, and to go online it's difficult to find, then to print it out is difficult. I recommend they either include a receipt with the order and send a copy via e-mail.
While I picked my printer on the selection screen. I figured that the cartridge displayed was the correct on, until it showed up (in a timely fashion) but was wrong cartridge.
What good is the cartridge when the printer will not print on card stock no matter what settings you use!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
I am sorry that you're having trouble printing on card stock. Often it is not the settings that are the problem.
When having trouble with feeding in different kinds of media, you need to go back to the basics and ensure that the stack is lined up well, the paper guides are set precisely and that the height of the stack does not exceed the paper fill guide.
Ripples in the stock, excess humidity, and dirty rollers might also play a factor. I'm not sure what kind of printer you have, but directions for cleaning rollers and other good advice is shown in the online document which covers the 'out of paper' error for your printer. Here is an example: support.hp.com/document/c05301928
