Great machine

This machine was very easy to set up right out of the box. I would recommend this machine to any comic book artist, or aspiring artist due to it's ability to scan and print on 11"x17" bristol. The print quality is very good as well. As a comic artist and illustrator I have a traditional to digital workflow, this machine has helped to bridge the gap and increased my productivity. I love this machine.

How easy was that!?!

Bought my WF-7520 last November . . . due to being way too busy and also by being intimidated by a printer this impressive it just sat in its box in my office . . . but yesterday I bit the bullet. It was easier that baking a cake with a boxed mix! Will be using to print on pre-treated fabric for quilting purposes. I don't see a setting for printing on fabric so will experiment with different paper choices.

printer is great. i like the functionality. i give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the multiple page document feeder doesn't work for scanning or copying. a feature i needed to utilize.

A Real all in one

I recently reconfigured my office to use desk top scanners and a workhorse printer, replacing a fax and an older, dreadfully slow, all in one. Epson has a good reputation so I purchased the WF-7520 for 4 main reasons. 1) To handle the one off flat scan from books and other bound documents. 2) I print my business checks with Quicken and wanted a tray devoted to the blanks the Epson has two trays and works perfectly. 3) as a back up. And 4) the specific reason for this model, it prints up to 13x19 and scans up to 11x17, so cool! Between the two systems everything i do is pretty well covered.
I've had it for several months now, it runs flawlessly and the WiFi is easy for other devices to find.

Software for Mac is awful
on April 9, 2012

I've had the printer for almost an hour. The PC set up takes about 45 minutes, and the Mac isn't working. The CD states "do not install" and to go to the web site for support. I go there and download the file. I go through all of the steps and it simply won't add the printer. It wants to do an Apple update, but there isn't one. Apple is so incredible simple for adding equipment, but Epson seemed to foul this up somewhere. Oh, forget the support link....it sends you to a page with no phone number or email, and when you click "contact" it loops you back to the shopping page. Waterproof printing isn't correct. It's better than most ink jets, but still blackens my yellow highlighter.
