I just setup my new WF-7520 printer and was immediately disappointed by a number of serious (and stupid) design flaws.
1) No manual paper tray - in order to print things like checks or special stationary, you need to take out the paper tray and place your item on top (or replace what's already there)
2) The only paper tray where you can put envelopes is the top tray (tray 1). That would be fine, except it will only copy or print faxes to tray 1. Because of stupid item #1 above, this means that envelopes are difficult to print on as well.
3) Printer doesn't autoselect the correct paper tray. Even though the driver (OS X 10.6) is set to autoselect, the printer still defaults to printing on tray 1. Since my tray 1 has envelopes, this means I have to remember to manually tell it to print from tray 2.
4) The trays are not interchangeable, so I can't make the envelopes tray 2. Only tray 1 allows you to put envelopes inside.
Very disappointed in this printer and will very likely return it. Honestly, I don't know what Epson was thinking. Either a small office is not the target audience for this printer or they never actually tried it out before they manufactured it.

Horrible problems connecting to Mac via wireless.

This printer worked really well for about 6 months. When Apple forced us to upgrade our OS to Yosemite, the printer became impossible to use via wireless. Epson refuses to make the driver available via download and you are forced to rely on the Apple AppStore, which just adds additional time and effort when trying to fix the constant driver issues. The Epson Scan software is also no longer functional under the new Mac OS. The auto feeder has also recently broken beyond repair and the printer is expensive to own as it guzzles expensive Epson ink cartridges that are never discounted. This printer will be off to the electronics recycle center very soon. I hate this printer so much I might hit it with a hammer a few times on the last day. Apple and Epson were not a good combo for us.

I enjoy my new all-in-one. Almost everything the box said it does, it does. I am an artist living in limited space and will use it primarily to scan & preview and print my work in varying sizes. I'd like more control over the scanner settings. The fax is useless to me, wish they made one without fax, and the color is a little off--I am still working out the kinks.
The biggest thing is that I am a MAC user and I cannot get the printer to connect through wireless. This is a great annoyance.
The price was RIGHT!, availability was right, the Epson 2 year service agreement is right...

My 2nd Epson Printer after 4 years with the previous printer. I was happy with that one, and happy with this one as well. Set it up in 20 minutes - half of the time is letting the print cartridges align and calibrate. No problems scanning using the native Mac OS utility.
