This is the easiest wireless printer I have ever set-up. The swivel pop-out printer screen is a wonderully unexpected surprise. After wanting this printer for several months, I am so happy I decided to reward my self with this purchase.

This machine is a workHORSE!

Stubborn sometimes, but always comes through to do what it is supposed to do. I have had this machine for several years, bought smaller ones in the meantime -- always came back to this . Ink seems to last forever! I never could get it to print from the Lowest cassette when I had it set for legal size. This is the 1st time I have been asked for an opinion --I have installed the program this time on a basically empty computer May be everything will work out better. Scans and copies clearly and correctly. I've been willing to put up with using only 8x11 paper because of all the other benefits.

cheap

This machine worked pretty good for the first couple of months. However, the trays are very cheaply made, I can no longer print more than 10 pages without having a paper jam, then it skips the page that was destroyed so you have to go back and reprint or rescan that page. The adf no longer works for scanning or printing. It will not feed the original page all the way through and I once again have to clear the jammed paper. I am so glad I bought the extended warranty and am taking it back.

Good value

This is an office printer, not a photo printer. Print quality is good, but the real benefit to me is the ability to print large stock and scan 11x17. I can get a 24x36 floor plan printed on just 4 pages.

Very good all-in-one

This all-in-one does everything well. Setup is pretty simple and it's easy to get started quick. The unit is large and heavy, which is to be expected for the capability of large scans and prints. The scan utility is quite simple to use. Make sure to read the manual, as some of the steps in setup are not obvious (e.g. gently shake ink cartridges 4-5 times before opening and installing). I am very pleased with the print and scan quality and other capabilities this device confers.
