Purchased new TV to replace floor mounted model so decided to step up to new technology. The future is bright and clear! The 4K is brilliant in color and detail. I would recommend the upgrade when you can.

I own a 46" Sony LCD HD TV and a 55" Sony LCD HD TV but they can not compare to this Sony 4k TV. This 4k TV is like coming to a new world leaving all old stuff behind. Never saw a picture like this. This TV upscales everything we watch now. You must get this TV, you will never want to watch an old HD TV again.
Great TV but small issue with SoundBar Integration

Purchased XBR65X850B TV, HTCT770 Sound Bar, and BDPS6200 BluRay player 7 months ago and had it installed "in wall" by the company I purchased them from.
1. The TV's 4K picture quality is outstanding and works well with programing from my cable box. The TV does improve the appearance of video of standard HD programming. Stunning video!
2. The Sound Bar audio quality is very nice, and the wireless woofer really adds to the impact of the sound from the TV, but there is one annoying thing about the integration of the Sound Bar with this TV. The sound quality of all program material is crystal clear and a delight to listen to. Unfortunately, for some reason some commercials through the cable box are lower volume and muffled (almost to the point were these commercials are difficult to understand). Some commercials are normal vibrant sound, but other commercials are very muffled. Not sure why this happens because I would normally expect commercials to be louder than the program material you are watching. Fortunately, I never see the muffled audio problem on any cable box programs, Netflix, and BluRay programs. Not sure if the TV/Sound Bar has an issue processing different audio formats used by commercials through the cable box. I discussed this issue with the Sony Consumer support hotline and they couldn't offer a resolution to this issue.
3. The integration of four remotes (TV, Sound Bar, BluRay player, and Cable Box) is not clean. For someone (in this case my wife) who wants to simply watch TV the management of remote controls is frustrating. I purchased an RF Home Entertainment Remote Control to help reduce the Remote Control complexity. Even with this Remote we still have an occasional issue.
Summary - I really enjoy the quality of Sony products but Sony has an opportunity to better integrate remote controls and address the muffled commercial issue. I believe the integration of remote controls is an industry problem.

Hi Stan25225, We always appreciate customers who take the time to give us their feedback. I’ll pass what you've said onto proper department. Thank you!
This is my second BRAVIA and I love it, picture is good but there's 3 areas that could be improved. First, the speakers are pretty weak and you have to blast them to max in a room full of people. Second, while watching the NCAA tournament anytime a player passes the ball quickly to another player the ball becomes pix-elated. Lastly, and this isn't the tv's fault, but the picture is so clear during live events you can actually tell when the camera recording the event brightens and tints when in zooms in and zooms outs. The tv is good.
