Took The Plunge into 4K

Great picture and easy to navigate through the menu. The sound is good but not very loud. This TV is more made to send the audio through an AV Receiver. Since I don't always have my receiver on, I have to navigate to the Audio settings and change it from TV to Audio each time. Kind of wish there was an automatic setting for this.
The picture on this TV is simply amazing. I stream a lot of programming and have no problems with the refresh rate on this set. The one problem that I do have is a random lip sync issue. Sometimes the lip sync is off for OTA broadcast, sometimes it's off for shows streaming. When there is a lip sync issue it is pretty severe and distracting from the viewing enjoyment of the program being watched. The issue does not happen every time and it's strange because I have two other TVs set up the same way and have no issues. Aside from that it's a wonderful product.

Hello MarinaCat17! We would like to recommend to try the steps available through the following link to try to solve the isue with the audio delay:
Some features are difficult to understand. User codes, log-in Pins, creating accounts and general operations are too complex for their purpose. The many reason is to provide security. This I do understand. However, it appears the necessity to provide the security is overshadowed by its complexity.

Love the picture, hate the reliability

We purchased the TV in July of 2014. I dearly love the picture quality and the capabilities of the television. However, on Dec. 23rd, the picture started acting up and the screen went black. I had to unplug the TV just to get it to respond to the remote control or the manual controls on the back. Over the last few days, the TV would work for an hour or two and then would flicker and go out again. The last time I attempted to turn on the TV, it didn't respond at all. I am waiting for Sony service to contact me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We get our TV off a roof antenna. This set was easy to set up and works great. Also the Smart TV stuff is easy.
Don't waste your money and time on the other guys ( LG, Panasonic, etc) What's the old saying, you get what you pay for. This is the ultimate TV. QUALITY
