I LOVE my new HD TV

I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with my purchase. Every program is so sharp and clear. I sometimes lose myself in the picture. It is all so life-like. I have never had a television I enjoyed so much.

Great picture quality

This TV has amazing picture quality . Color saturation is great. No motion blur . Sound is ok. I had issues with Netflix. TV was not able to connect to it, in spite of more than 8 hours on phone with costumer services (including 6 hours waiting to get connected). Now apparently Sony and Netflix have fixed the issue. I do appreciate Sony's effort to update us that issue has been resolved. However, I am sill keeping my fingers crossed. Other wise TV would have got 5 stars from me.

Excellent TV

I can not say "best picture ever" because I bought the 65" version (previous model year ending in "A" instead of "B") a year ago. Because of location, I bought the 850. My 65" is the 900 series and THAT is the best TV ever! The sound on the 850 is good, but not nearly as good as the 900 but, as I say, I had a space constraint on this one and the extra width for the 900 didn't cut it. My only "complaint" is there is hardly any 4K mainstream content at this point. Wait until the end of the model year (I did on both) and you get a great deal on a great TV.

Good quality with small issue

Good quality, may need some more apps, only problem is the red light blink tree times, each time I power on the tv, I had the 49" model with the same problem, sony replace it with a 55" thanks for that, but still the same problem, maybe is a software issue because I power on again and I don't have any problem, I hope a update of software come soon for fix this, because I see in other pages other users have same problem

Technical support is OUTSTANDING

Had a issue with the netflix app but working with Sony support issue was resolved.The support person's service is beyond professional especially working with non tech savvy customers. Picture is outstanding, color vivid can't wait till we can fully utilize the TV to its full potential. My only bit of negativity is that it should come with more 3d glasses.

Amazing picture, clear image. Best 3D picture I ever seen (like in the theater). 3D glasses provides clear picture without distortions. Love passive 3D as always. Touch pad easy to use and navigate through menu.
Was doing long time research before I could get great quality and performance.
Can't say that I paid more than competitors prices, at least now I don't have to worry about capacitors or other parts like on GNUSMAS or other cheap TVs.
