Love it, minor glitch

Love the new appliance, problem is looks like it was assembled with shrink wrap on the parts. Cant get the shrink wrap out of the edges, making it look ragged!

initial problem

I love all the features -- BUT the one I wanted most (the interior water dispenser) arrived without all the proper parts. When I pushed the button, water cascaded all over the floor from the back. I am sure I will love this appliance when it gets fixed. The service folks have been terrific.

Great capacity

We bought this fridge to replace an old top mount model. The fridge is excellent and has plenty of flexibility for us to store items of all sizes. The only thing i would change is to make the track for the freezer quieter and a little easier to slide.
