Much too loud

The refrigerator operates OK but it is the loudest refrigerator I have ever owned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid Fridge, Minor Qualms with Filter

I've been quite pleased thus far with our new fridge. As with all appliances, time will be the real judge on how well it holds up... But thus far, I have been pretty impressed. The only downside (which I learned about after purchasing) is the transition away from the XWF filter to the newer XWFE filter. From all I have learned, it seems like these are essentially the same, but the new XWFE has a built-in chip that ensures you are unable to use third-party (cheaper!) filters. There are work-arounds for this, but seems like a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise, though, we love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!
