Quiet, Nice Capacity and Maintains Temps Very Well

We’ve had this fridge for 5 weeks now and it is doing what it is supposed to do. It’s a roomy 33” French door with a water dispenser inside the fridge and the ice in the freezer. That combo frees up the door space for more deep shelves. Fridge temp seems to be even throughout and the freezer keeps ice cream solid. The ice maker produces lots of ice in no time. This replaces a working 26 year old GE Profile side by side that never needed repair, kept excellent temps in fridge and freezer, and incredibly, the door ice maker kept making ice all these years. However, it was getting shabby inside and out and was visually outdated. We are hoping this new GE will serve us as well.

We love this refrigerator/freezer. It is quiet and there is so much room in the refrigerator, the freezer is nice however it is smaller than we realized. We love that the water dispenser is inside the refrigerator and the freezer has a nice size compartment that the ice maker drops the ice right into!

Noisy fridge!

I like everything about the fridge except for the noisy compressor whenever it turns on! Absolutely the noisiest refrigerator I’ve ever had. I like the shelves and drawers for their organization and the freezer and ice maker seem to work fine so far. Also, the stainless finish seems easy to wipe clean. BUT, for a new fridge, it leaves me feeling that maybe I should call for repair except for the comment by my friend who also has a relatively new GE fridge and it is also noisy. I purchased this fridge mainly because it’s dimensions are slightly smaller than most other mammoth-sized fridges and therefore fit my built in space in my older home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the style of this refrigerator. We had a side by side that we replaced and it has so much room and dimensions are the same. One thing is the button for the water should be easier to push and the hose the water comes out on should be a bit longer. Not a deal breaker just a suggestion.
