Good so far except for….

I’ve had this refrigerator for about 6 weeks. It was the only one of this style that would fit in the location I have for a fridge. So far it has done well. The motor is quiet and I like the 2 minute reminder to close the fridge door. The shelving is of medium grade and to be on the safe side, I treat it gently. My fridge repairman advised that I stay away from refrigerators that had outside on the door water/ice dispensers so I followed his advice and water is dispensed inside and the ice maker is in the freezer section. So far the ice maker has worked well. My big complaint is with the very limited space for tall items. I can get a gallon jug of milk and a few other tall things in the door. A shelf slides back halfway allowing for a few more tall item. But , I need more tall space in this fridge. I am forced to put some tall items in our garage fridge which is a hassle sometimes. Overall I am pleased except for the limited tall space availability.

The fridge is extremely spacious and we love the sliding adjustable shelf feature to fit taller items onto the shelving.

Moisture condensation left door mullion

One big issue that should be fixed, otherwise great refrigerator. Articulating Mullion Assembly does not fully close and seal on the left door (fresh food door) and the result is moisture condensation accumulating outside door and inside refrigerator. See pictures. Purple arrow points to gap, and second pic with no arrow is after I manually pull mullion towards me to close gap.
So, we had the refrigerator running for 18 days, and really do like it, but right away noticed moisture condensation accumulating inside on ceiling of refrigerator, and outside by the door handles. Initially we thought maybe the food we're putting in is causing moisture or somehow we're not operating the refrigerator correctly. But after some examination, it looked to me like a leak in the seal. Our old refrigerator we had to put Vaseline on the worn-out gasket to help it seal.
So, following that line of thought, I examined the articulating mullion on the left side door, and realized after the left door shut and mullion was extended, I could still pull mullion towards me - maybe an 1/8" or less, but I could manually move it to create a better seal.
And that completely solved the moisture issue. So every time we close the left side door, we have to manually pull the mullion towards us, to make a proper seal.
Maybe this part needs to be 'broke-in' and through use will loosened up and seal better. I don't know yet. I definitely don't want to replace the mullion if the same thing is going continue to happen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Refrigerator but Noisy

Bought this appliance in November 2023 and it’s great. Love the ease and convenience of the side by side doors and bottom freezer. However I do have two complaints. First, the appliance is very noisy. You can hear it running all the time. Very annoying. The second complaint is the water dispenser. You need to open the left door every time to fill a glass. The nozzle is very small and only clears narrow glasses or water bottles placed at an angle. The initial fill is cold, however subsequent fills are room temperature. If you rely on a water and ice dispenser I suggest you opt for a model with the dispenser on the external door vs internal.

Great Fridge!

This refrigerator has been a great fit for our older kitchen. Love that the water is inside for the little hands that play on the outside with magnets, Less messes for everyone this way.

Hello- We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your refrigerator being too loud. Newer appliances do have more technology in them, which does cause them to make more noise than older models.
