Sleak design with great features.

Great product, I like the design features, door shelves are large enough to put anything in. Like the one shelve on top right that slides back to allow taller items to be placed in the shelve and the dividers in the drawers to separate different items ( such as pork, chicken and beef ). The only thing I would've done different is too have placed the water dispenser on the outside of the door.

First; the doors. I have permanent finger prints. You advertise the dark matte appearance also naturally hides fingerprints, smudges and dirt.
Second; the top shelf of the freezer pulls out when you open the freezer door. When I push back the top shelf it’s very rickety and sometimes actually falls off the track. I find this appliance very disappointing.

The freezer basket in this model includes a feature known as “cascading baskets” which pulls both the upper and lower shelves out at the same time. This is intended to give you an overall view of what’s in the freezer. If the basket is falling off track, make sure that there is nothing in the path of the basket that would knock it off track. We also suggest ensuring the freezer drawer is installed correctly by checking out the instructions starting on page 31 of your use and care manual, linked here:

We've had this refrigerator for a month and so far its quite and makes ices cubes quietly. It's a very nice-looking fridge. the shelves are steady, and they give you enough space to put your items. easily to clean inside and out.

I didn't realize how large the inside would be. So much more room than my old GE Profile. The only thing I find more difficult is the removal of shelves so that tall items can fit properly.
