Couldn’t be happier

It’s only been a few weeks, but I couldn’t be happier. I’m still overwhelmed by how much larger it is than my previous GE refrigerator yet being the exact same width and style. Amazing what’s been accomplished in the past 15 years. The extra 4 1/2 ft.³ is an incredible difference.

I’m happy with my new GE, but one thing that I miss is the deeper produce drawers I had with my last refrigerator.

Door shelves are disappointing

Disappointed in the shelves on the doors. I was hoping to put my gallon of milk and gallon container of tea, when I adjust the shelves to hold these items, then the shelves are too low to my salad dressing bottles. Plus, the little shelves at the bottom of the doors are useless. You can't see what's in them and if you put something in them, then it is difficult to get the item out. I haven't loaded the freezer yet, so I have no opinion yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far, so great!

So far, so great! This replaced a 30 year old, fully functional refrigerator that was looking tired cosmetically. My wife wanted to go with French doors. Our 40 year old house had limited space for a newer refrigerator which would give us more cubic feet and fit. The GE was one of two and came highly recommend. We love the space, the brightness and it seems things are more visible and accessible than our old fridge. We mated the new fridge with a new GE stove with convection oven.

Well designed, no frills refrigerator

We had a freezer on top GE fridge that lasted 20+ years. This fridge had all we were looking for, spacious, internal water dispenser, nicely adjustable shelves. Great value.
